Practice Practice Practice

I have been getting a great deal of practice in my practice as of late. From the verge of being made physically ill by emotional upheavel to a spin of excitement and disbelief. My challenge has been to find the space where all is equal, the space between the sun and the dark and breathe fully into it. Miracles happen when I find this place. Self healing occurs briefly and completely there.

On a less etheric level - I have been sewing like a mad woman. In my usual fashion I have waited until the last moments to completely overhaul wardrobes. I am a certified nut. You won't catch me trying to deny that. Today I am working on cranking out a large room divider curtain for Spicy-T's house. I just finished curtains (sushi curtains) for her back door and kitchen window. The room curtain is going to coordinate. After I am done with that I need to make some place settings for N. and matchy dresses for Nezzie and Anja.

And then onto the next list...

mmmmm....and when I take a break to stretch on my yoga ball and get back inside my body it feels so good.
